About Us

Butch & Debra welcome you to explore a “Back to Our Roots Wildlife” natural trophy hunting experience. Breathe in the crisp mountain air & lose yourself in the endless beauty of deep hollers & steep mountains of ancient woodlands while waiting for your trophy to come along.

As a grass roots family man, Robert (Butch) Jett, Jr grew up in the hollers of Grannies Creek, Newton, WV where his love for the outdoors continued to grow and included the dream of offering a unique hunting experience to others in the beautiful area that he has enjoyed his whole life. One of his proudest accomplishments includes being the reason an Elk bugle sounded in the holler for the first time in over 100 years.

His lovely wife, Debra, also grew up in the hollers of Grannies Creek & shares his passion for nature. She is the caretaker of their herd, making sure they are healthy & thriving. She will also be making sure you are comfortable & well fed with home cooked meals during your stay.
